Christina Duffy, LMFT: Psychotherapy & Hynotherapy

As a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) and certified hypnotherapy practitioner, I specialize in leveraging the power of clinical hypnotherapy to facilitate healing and transformation. By combining traditional psychotherapy with innovative hypnotherapeutic techniques, I guide clients toward overcoming obstacles and achieving lasting change.

Counseling is my passion, and I feel privileged to help my clients. I enjoy working collaboratively to assist them in finding solutions to life's challenges and learning how to live more authentically and joyfully.

I bring warmth and humor to my work, and it is important to me to ensure my clients feel safe and valued. While I have been told I instill motivation and inspiration in others, I believe that one only needs to discover the motivation and inspiration that already resides within.

My counseling focuses on matters of the heart and relationship issues, including the relationship with oneself. Since 2008, I have guided my clients towards self-love, joy, empowerment, motivation, and inspiration, sharing tools and options to create success and change.

Since 1986, I have been deeply immersed in intensive spiritual and psychological work. I have continued my education and growth through classes, seminars, workshops, and personal growth and spiritual retreats—experiences that have increased my ability to understand ways to enable transformation and change, as well as my own "transcendent" experiences.

In addition to my private psychotherapy practice, I proudly serve as the President and Clinical Provider of River Rock Counseling, a non-profit counseling agency. Here, I extend my services through pro bono offerings and reduced fees, ensuring greater accessibility.

Furthermore, I lead a community workshop on 'Personal Boundaries,' empowering individuals to cultivate healthier relationships with themselves and others. Outside of my professional endeavors, I remain an active volunteer within the community.
