Founded in 2008 by Christina Duffy, LMFT, while she was in graduate school, River Rock Counseling began with a focus on love and relationships. Over the years, we have evolved to specialize in healthy personal boundaries and stress and anxiety management, continuing our commitment to providing compassionate and expert mental health support. 

Our community is full of people who seek emotional support through pets. We currently foster loving and affectionate felines, helping to connect them with individuals in need while offering Expert Psychotherapy and Clinical Hypnotherapy to support holistic well-being.
